A. You can give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your house. Include homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day, including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Breastfeed till 2 years.
