A. They Can recognising people after the age of 1 to 1 1/2 years and they can start speaking a little bit after the age of 8 to 10 months and gradually they vocabulary increases gradually they learn more words and speak so basically you can say the process normally starts after the age of 8 to 9 months and recognising almost by one -11/2 years
