U Start the day with Milk and after that you should give breakfast after two hours of breakfast you can give a fruit two hours later you can give lunch to the child and after 2 to 3 hours you can give milk to the child or an evening snack whatever you like so try to maintain a proper format that way and you should try to give dinner to the child maximum by 830 to 9 in the night
