#askdoctors what is the appropriate feeding quantity (exclusive for milk) and sleeping time of a 4 month old baby.?

A. Babies under six months take on an average around 750 ml to 900ml per day split up into seven to nine feeds based on their appetite. In general, New borns will sleep Around sixteen to seventeen hours per day. Older babies around fifteen hours. Toddler may sleep around thirteen hours. All these could be split up as naps and night sleep. School going kids should have a continuous night sleep around ten to twelve hours for good brain development
