Snacks : vegetable sandwich with choco strawberry shake, boiled corn or corn chaat, fruit milkshake, vegetable or fruit salad with strawberry milkshake, vegetable upma with one glass of milk, aloo tikki with tomato chutney + banana milkshake, chocolate milkshake.
Dinner : chapatti + baked vegetables + moong Dal, moong Dal khichdi with vegetables, pav bhaji, tacos + burger, stuffed vegetable parantha, small vegetable pizza, vegetable pasta or macaroni.

Breakfast : cheese and tomato sandwich, dalia with a serving of nuts, poha, stuffed aloo, paneer or gobhi parantha, suji vegetable upma, moong Dal chilla, idli with coconut chutney and sambar.
Brunch : 1 cup of fresh fruits, fruit juice, tomato soup, etc.
Lunch : half bowl of Dal, half bowl of paneer sabzi, 1 to 2 chapatti or a small cup of rice, half bowl of kadhi, half bowl mixed vegetables sabzi, aloo matar sabzi, vegetable pulao with curd, palak paneer sabzi, chole or rajma or lobia with rice or bhature, Dal with kadai sabzi and vegetable salads.
