A. Hi At 2 yrs your baby needs to eat all foods cooked for the family. Give 3 meals from recipes like dal rice, khichadi curd, curd rice, upma, sheera., paratha dal give 1 or 2 meals from recipes like Vegetable soup, fruit smoothie, boiled egg, boiled potato, chicken soup.
