Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and ads dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts and raisins. Give peanut butter and lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal. Give one boiled egg per day. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give brown rice and ragi. Give banana, pear, avocado, apple, papaya and mangoes.
