ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear eat with the child to encourage good eating habits keep on adding variety maintain proper gap and give three proper healthy home cooked meals and include all food group to the diet of the little one you can also include homemade curd paneer and give fruits between breakfast and lunch to the child
