#askdoctors my son has rigorous constipation problem... doctor ask to limit the milk and we did the same but no results...

A. Try to modify your meal plans. Different taste of food to be encouraged. Baby's mind move faster than others. May be same food not taken second time so encourage different foods with vegetables can overcome the situation.

A. hi dear no worries... give ur baby luke warm water with few drops of lemon & honey .. give bendi ki sabzi, chole, amrood, orange, Apple, green leafy veg clinical Nutritionist...

A. you can try giving warm water in morning empty stomach . Also you get dry grapes in market ( raisins ) . soak it overnight nd squeeze the water next day and feed baby . it worked well for my baby

A. constipation is a common problem where diet modification is very important ejwncourage high fibre diet and lot of fluid intake avoid food which aggravates constipation medication is second option only
