involve your child in making prices of vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.. of possible.
Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid.
Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.
change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..

you can check some receipes in the first cry parenting section..
give barbeque form, on a skewer, puree form.. dal with vegetables, add in khichdi, stuffed parantha..
