#askdoctors My daughter's knee touches each other while standing with closed legs,is their any problem?

A. this condition is called as kneeknockok which needs to be corrected by means of exercises and good dietand further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important

A. Hi parent please give daily massage and sun light exposure it is very important because it is best source of vitamin D3 please include natural probiotic and dairy products in your child daily diet

A. My daughter is the same age and she has this too. we noticed it around her second birthday. We had consulted a doctor for it who said it's called knock knees and some kids do have it, that it's nothing to worry about. He said it usually resolves on it's own but it'll take some time (3-5 years). As long as she isn't tripping and calling because of it when running etc, there's no issues.
