#askdoctors my daughter is active but she is thin and not gaining weight what should we do to increase her weight

A. add ghee n oil.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .
