subravaneeMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Digestion is the only issue. So this depends on what your feeding her for dinner and at what time.You need to see that dinner is had by 7.30 pm and not later than 8 pm.So that by 9.30,2 hours after dinner you can put her to bed.Give a very light dinner and not heavy food.
