DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2 years old and she is having a nappy rash then you should change her nappy at every two hours and apply aloe cream at that area before putting on nappy

And if you are talking about nappy rash is or something then I would like to tell you that at this age kids normally do not wear a nappy your child is two years old so you should always make your child wear soft cotton comfortable underwear
