Try to be creative with whatever you cook for your kid. Offer a variety of healthy food choices. Experiment with colourful fruits and vegetables. Kids are attracted to colours and they will eat foods that look attractive. Do not threaten or bribe your baby to eat. This only creates a power struggle and your kid won't respond positively. Try to have meals as a family so that the kid learns good and healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. Kids adjust to new tastes slowly and you need to introduce foods into their diet repeatedly.
