#askdoctors my baby is 5months 25 days and I'm breast feeding, can I go ahead and take covid vaccine and is it okay and good for baby? please help me with the pros and cons.

A. no problem in taking at present covid-19 vaccine still continue to breastfeed the baby the safety is established beyond doubt so continue to feed the baby no problem after taking vaccine

A. If you are breastfeeding, or planning to breastfeed, you can continue breastfeeding after vaccination. Clinical trials on the use of coronavirus vaccines while breastfeeding are not advanced. However, the available data do not indicate any harm to the breastfed infant.
