#askdoctors my baby is 4 months old. and weighs 7kg. he sometimes poops very watery like diarrhea. what should i do in such situations? any ways to prevent it?

A. no it is o k. No need to worry for this it is a normal thing in babies at this age . And there is no need of any medicine . But if problem remains and you feed some abnormal thing in baby then need to consult near by doctor .
