#askdoctors my baby is 1 n half year old...but he is under weight. Which food I gave to him so he gain weight

A. Dear mum, give energy dense foods. Eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Add ghee to every meal. Add nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts and dry fruits like raisins, dates. At least 500 ml of full cream milk including recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
