#askdoctors my baby does'nt sleep continuously also his food routine is difficult to keep up

A. hello jsut make sure the child is taking sufficient food so it will be able to have good sleep.. try giving your child small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and also try with different food option and recipe and also include fruits which is a natural appetizer

It is very difficult to make my baby fall in sleep, whenever he is sleepy i try breast feeding him and rock him to sleep but he wants to wake up and play even after being extremely sleepy. we keep the lights off and play music also to calm him down but that also doesn’t work.
