Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening ! Generally babies double their birth weight by 5-6 months ideally 4.5- 7.5 kg But baby is premature baby (born 7th month) observe baby is increasing 400-700gm per month or not. The ideal weight should be 3.5kg - 5kg. Give frequent feeds every two hours and whenever baby demands, breast feed is suggestible.
