give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
usually they gain 250 to 500 g per month.
and ideally ,3 months old baby should have weight between 4 to 6 kg.
so don't worry your child weighs normal.
