A. You can google the picture. It has a small cup made of silicon to be inserted into the vagina. It collects blood which can be discarded. The cup is reusable. It’s cheap,easy to maintain,can be used for long. Con being it has a learning curve so it may take time to use it properly

A. It is basically a thing which you can use instead of using sanitary napkins during your periods and definitely you can use it but you need to make sure that you maintaining all hygienic practice
