#askdoctors mai apne baby ko kya khialu wo dudh nhi pita

A. ghee, curd, paneer, soya etc. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutthe baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. hi try to offer other food items like Ragi, nuts,other dairy products like paneer curd ghee etc which is also good source of calcium. avoid giving RO water as it can cause deficiency of calcium. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
