#askdoctors Is it ok to give salt to my baby if i am not breastfeeding??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can do salt in cooking meals for the vaby but not as raw to eat as baby don’t eat bland foods and little bit spices can ge added like cumin turmeric nutmeg

Salt, sugar, honey, jaggery etc to be introduced once baby completes one year.
Just give plain food to ur baby till one year.
Give 3-4 meals in a day and give milk rest of the day to ur baby
