Q.
#askdoctors is any medical treatment for increase kids hight. Actually me and my husband both hight is only 5 ft. so we are worried about our kids hight, mostly people says, it's genetic problem, so it may impact to our son's hight as well. Please suggest what to do. we are trying our best to him physical activity on daily basis, apart of this any medical treatment?

It also depends on parents genes and biological structures
No need to worry
Maintain hygiene and maintain hydration
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
