Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to offer gradually small amount of food to the child. along with breastfeeding you should offer at least two or three times every day and then gradually increase the quantity

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as your child is 7 months old,you can offer semisolid food twice in a day along with breastmilk whenever your child demands. so feed your child on demand. offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products etc. but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
