A. There are variety of nutritious and home cooked meals that can be included in baby's diet in 18 months. You can feed oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, fresh juices, curd, coconut water, curd, legumes, rice with dal chicken soup, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, chapati with dal, chicken and fish curry with rice, besan and beetroot cheela, stuffed parantha, pan cake, waffle, pasta, boiled egg, omelette, veg cutlet, veg sandwich alongwith milk.
