A. Dear mum, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give variety of grains, cereal, pulses, legumes. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates. More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.
