Try to add Healthy foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews, dates banana chickoo, peanuts til seeds, coconut egg avocado banana potato for Weight gain

Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
