Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi , before meal give in half tsp of fresh lemon juice add pinch of black salt and some fresh grated ginger, give this 2 to 3 times.. give lots of water to drink.. massage baby tummy in circular motion with warm coconut oil
