ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. you yourself will have to avoid using it first. spend time with your child doing more of activities. Distract your child when he asks for screen time. fix a screen time and tell your child this is what he can watch during the day

Don’t Use it much when you are around your child because that’s the only thing that you can do because when kids see that how you are and involve in your mobile phone and not spending time with them then it is very obvious that they will also get attracted to words your mobile phone so you will have to cut out on your addiction first
