ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still hungry. check temperature correctly. avoid Overdressing.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening I would recommend that you should check the urine output of the baby if your baby has a good urine output it means that the breast milk is sufficient for the child and the baby should be able to gain weight
