Hi This depends on baby's weight at birth. try to avoid Biscuits waffers bakery products, chips chocolates, sugary drinks for the child Add foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds, coconut, egg avocado in baby's recipes for Healthy weight gain
