#askdoctors hi Doctor, my baby is 1 yr 10 months old and she has not put on required weight according to her age... she seems looks little weak and her legs looks black as compared to her face is there any reason or problem behind this..

A. massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day. offer more liquids and fruits. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy growth and weight gain

A. Hello dear parent! Regularly massage your baby with any oil for better skin health and muscle flexibility. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Let the child be physically active. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in the family.
