A. Ideal weight of a 4 month old baby girl should be between 6.2 to 6.6 kgs depending on feeding patterns and birth weight. Your baby's weight is fine and there is no need to be worried about it. If you feel, she is not getting sufficient breastmilk, you can start giving formula, but sometimes when babies get habitual of bottle feed, they start avoiding latching. Therefore, try to maintain the breastmilk supply by eating healthy and nutritious foods.
