A. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, home made paneer, cheese and butter. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal. Give one boiled egg per day. Give cheese sandwiches and peanut butter sandwiches. Give cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give bananas, avocados, pears, pineapple, mangoes and Papaya. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and peanuts. Give almond milk, soy milk, tofu etc.
