Q.

#askdoctors Hey there.. Our baby is crying a lot more these few days. A little fussy. Could this be related to her first tooth eruption?

A. yes Your child is having teething problem during which there is swelling in the gums and the child is having irritation as well as pain and there will be drooling and excessive salivation. kindly maintain oral hygiene of the child and with the help of your clean fingers press the gums of the child to decrease the pain and if the child is crying with pain and irritation you can give paracetamol also

A. Yes Definitely it can be because that is the only thing I see for a discomfort to a child after mostly the age of 3 to 6 months so yes if your child is irritated and suddenly the mood is changing in all these things are happening then yeah definitely be one of the biggest reason so just check the gums of your child that you at least you have a clarity whether this is the only reason or there is something else also associated with it
