A. The question is not clear. Is the kid sick? If the kid is active and is eating well, then there is no need to worry about her weight. Give her whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts can be added to her meals, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give her fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give her one boiled egg per day. Give her cheese sandwiches and peanut butter sandwiches. Give her plain nuts to eat like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, cashews and raisins. Give her lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give her mashed cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give her ragi and brown rice.
