#askdoctors hello doctors my son is 1year 3 months old..im worried about his teething he has already 14 teeths and two more erupting ..is it too early?

A. Hi no there's no problem with early teething.. as teeth have erupted hope you have started brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kid's toothpaste

A. hello...no there's no early or late in teething ..some kids have early n some have late...Teething starts at different ages for different kids. It may start as early as three months or as late as 12 months. ... some say appearance of teeth is hereditary, and generally if teeth eruption delayed in the parents, then the child's teeth eruption may be delayed... sometimes....so don't worry
