#askdoctors Hello doctor, what are precautions we need to take with respect to allegedly thrid wave, with respect to Food. Like ignoring chocolates which spike sugar levels or noodle which has maida. Please explain.

Try Who of course avoid any kind of junk and fried food for the child because that’s too heavy to digest and on and then not healthy food apart from that try to give proper home-cooked food healthy vegetables green leafy vegetables are Best wants to go for and more fruits which are rich in fibre and vitamin C and you can also consult your doctor and you can start with vitamin supplement and zinc as well
