A. hello actually in that case you have to make sure you give the warm water itself to the baby a little bit of boiled water which is little bit warm and also you can add the turmeric and little pinch of ginger and boil the milk nicely and you can add little bit of sugar and give your baby and also take tulsi leaf ajwain leaf just warm in the Pan very slightly and squeez for that drops just add some honey and give around 5 ml to the baby
