At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give variety of grains, cereal and pulses.

give foods like upma, sheera, idli sambar, rice dal, khichadi. vegetable soup, boiled egg, chicken soup, paneer paratha, vegetable chilla, thepla, thalipeeth puranpoli dhokla all these are healthy recipes
