A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Give seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet.
