Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give almond milk and soy milk. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts and raisins. Give pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. Give peanut butter sandwiches and cheese sandwiches. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Papaya, pineapple, banana, avocado, pear and mango help in weight gain. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give ragi, brown rice etc. Give cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give chickpeas and green peas.
