That’s Not constipation then I just believe your child is having hard motions which are anyway is not healthy I completely agree so you’ll have to consult your doctor for some laxative or something which may be helpful for the child in the long run otherwise if needed you should start giving good amount of citrus fruits coconut water and all these things to the child
