Q.

#askdoctors constipation problem...she drinks or consume sufficient water in her diet but at the time of potty she feels so much pain.

A. Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation. Dried fruits such as figs, raisins, apricots and dates are very rich sources of fibre. They help maintain good gut health and help prevent constipation in children.

A. That’s Not constipation then I just believe your child is having hard motions which are anyway is not healthy I completely agree so you’ll have to consult your doctor for some laxative or something which may be helpful for the child in the long run otherwise if needed you should start giving good amount of citrus fruits coconut water and all these things to the child
