A. Whenever introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Give foods like kentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrots and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Try to use correct dishes to serve to keep the interest in eating. You can try some great feeding range from Babyhug brand to choose from.
