you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac.
also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding.
banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits.
potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please don't follow any time table as every baby has different sleeping patterns. nd please give your baby three times semi solid food and give baby moong dal soup, khichdi, dalita, ragi, potatoes apple and banana.
