#askanexpert hi, I am 29 yrs old now. I have a 29 to 30 day period cycle. But This month i got my periods 9 days earlier and bleeding is also very very low. it never happened before. Is there anything to worry about?

A. Sometimes it’s probably due to hormonal disturbance so just wait for your next period to come if it comes proper on time or if you still see some disturbance then in that case it’s better to consult your gynaecologist for further assistance
