#ask the experts my vitamin d3 level was 9mg but why calcium is at normal range??iam taking 2000iu vitamin d3 supplements since past 2 months.if I skip those tablets a day found very tired and fatigue. when can I stop taking the supplements

A. just continue taking with the medications regularly and it is not so that if you skip one dose you will feel problem at it you just need to be active and have more of nutritious diet intake and follow a Healthy lifestyle
