what calcium vitamin D3 supplements are good for? can you suggest the proper name for the same?

yes they are good
but it is not necessary to give it.
instead of it ,it is best to give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is good for formation of vitamin D.
avoid giving RO water.
