what calcium vitamin D3 supplements are good for? can you suggest the proper name for the same?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes they are good but it is not necessary to give it. instead of it ,it is best to give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is good for formation of vitamin D. avoid giving RO water.
